Sound Healing is a form of Vibrational Medicine and is based on the scientific principles that all matter, and most importantly, the cells in your body, vibrate to a precise frequency when healthy and to a dissonant frequency when in dis-ease. Resonant vibration, rhythms and tones can balance brain hemispheres, stress levels, and even tension in body tissues and cells that have fallen into dis-ease or dis-harmony. For a long time I felt my journey was a one I walked alone. I have learnt through my working with many people and connecting with them on a deeper level that these emotions arise for many individuals. For most of my life I spent most of my time battling the unkind mental chatter in my mind of "your not good enough", "your not pretty enough", "your too this, your too that", until I finally came to the point of constant exhaustion of feeling that I wasn't enough for anything. Something had to change I couldn't keep living my life like this. So I started working on myself. I started to change my thought pattern to the complete polar opposite of my negative thoughts. The sun on the horizon about to waken the earth for a new day. I sit quietly on the beach listening to beautiful calming sound of my breath, in harmony with the waves of the ocean. My favourite little spot on the Gold Coast to practice my morning asana down at Main Beach. There is something so beautiful about greeting each day with the rise of the sun. The peace and the tranquillity found on the dawn of a new day as the earth has healed itself during the peace and calm of the night. There you will find me, and feel free to join me if you see the little girl with the long dark hair, in bright colours welcoming in the new day in all its glory, down at beautiful Main Beach on the Gold Coast.
